Dragonslayers will be hosting a Summer Barbeque this Friday, the 28th July 2006.

Who?
-Dragonslayers members

-Friends etc are acceptable, we must know they are coming and must be over 16 years of age
-Food/drinks must be brought by those attending

How much?
*FREE*
- We will be taking charity donations for Habitat For Humanity, please give generously!
- Supplies must be brought, there is a Tesco nearby, so don't worry!
- Names should be given to Nikki, along with a list of what people wish to bring - so we don't end up with an endless supply of bread etc.

Where?
-Derryvolgie Halls, off the Malone Road
- Map to Derryvolgie Halls

When?
-Friday 28th of July
-5pm to 10pm

What To Bring!
- Dragonslayers provides all utensils, disposable BBQs and condiments
- People coming should bring food/drink. An example:
-2x2 litres of coke and 8 burgers
-8 burger baps and 8 chicken legs
-8 kebabs and 8 finger rolls

- Food must be fresh, correctly wrapped and in date
- Avoid low quality meat items as we don't want food poisoning
- Chicken must be pre-cooked
- Vegetarians and vegans should bring their own meat substitutes/veggie BBQ items
- Anyone with "odd" tastes should probably bring their own food to accomodate themselves

Let Nikki know what you're bringing!

Alcohol?
NO alcohol is permitted. AT ALL.

Aftermath?
- Nothing has been organised for afterwards.
- People will go their separate ways, either home or make it a night out on the town.

Health and Safety
- This is everyones responsibility
- We will do everything we can to ensure the event is safe for all but we can't be held accountable for accidents or incidents arising out of people acting inappropriately.
- No supervision or accountablility is in anyway implied/guaranteed
- Those who are under 18 must have parental approval to attend and also notify their parents of the circumstances of the event.

If you have anymore questions please feel free to ask and contact me - that's Nikki! (Charisma Black on the forums)
