Event Activities

PC LAN

• Bring Your Own PC
• No monitors larger than 19" (Tables can only take so much)
• No mini Fridges, UPS Units, Speakers etc... 1 PC only per atendee
• £15 entry fee

X-Box and X-Box 360 Consoles

Dragonslayers will provide 2 X-Box Consoles and 1 X-Box 360, with 4 controllers, a projector, a projection screen and speakers for each. These consoles will be in freeplay outside of organised competitions, but we would encourage participants to contact us if you want to bring along your own consoles and TVs - there is a limit to the number of consoles we can support. As with anyone bringing a PC, we must insist that participants keep an eye on and are responsible for their own equipment. Dragonslayers can not be held responsible for participants equipment in case of damage or theft.

Table Top Gaming

There will be 10 tables set aside for freeplay Table Top Gaming. These may be used for any table top game, but a maximum of 1 will be allocated per game (Exception War Games). Dragonslayers will provide some boxed games for freeplay (e.g. frag, munchkin etc).

Tournaments

Dragonslayers will be runing the following list of tournament games at the event. Outside of these competitions the PC network, all of the gaming tables and games consoles will be open for freeplay. We would also encourage participants to speak with us about any other tournaments they would like... we will do our best to accomodate requests.

Specific rules for each event will be announced on the day and may vary depending on attendance. The senior Judges decision is always final, but we would hope that the spirit of the games are not forgotten (i.e. have fun). We would remind all atendees that prizes for each competition are token only, and may change depending on participation levels. (E.g. the current prize for the Halo 2 4vs4 team tournament is 2 copies of Prince of Persia 3, 2 copies of KIng Kong, 4 Teeshirts and 4 Pens... but that may change if only two people enter the competition)

General Important Information

• Between the hours of 10pm on the 17th December and 4am on the 18th December participants may not enter or leave the event. This is to ensure the security of this event and others being held in the building during these hours.
• All atendees must be over the age of 16 unless accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times
• Consumption of alcohol by anyone under the age of 18 will result in those involved being expelled form the premesis. Supply to anyone under the age of 18 will rusult in the expulsion of those involved and the police being contacted.
• Refunds will not be issued
• Atendees should bring a supply of food and drinks to satisfy them throughout the night.
