Details of this years Annual General Meeting
This years Annual General Meeting will be held on Tuesday the 27th of September 2005, in room G48 of the David Keir Building (the regular club meeting venue). It will begin at 8:00pm and is expected to conclude at about 9:00pm.
The meeting is only open to fully paid members of the Dragonslayer Club, and we would remind everyone that no new members will be admitted to membership less that 48 hours prior to the AGM. Attendance is voluntary for all members, but everyone should remember that majority votes will be taken which will affect the future of the society.
The articals to be addressed:
- Current Committee End of Year Reports
- Proposed Developments for the Comming Year
- Proposed New Constitution
- The New Committee
If any member wishes to have any other items added to this agenda, they should contact the club president.
