Dear Ben,

I write to you regarding the Q-Con event held in Late June 2005.

As you may be aware, my office is always encouraging societies and indeed sports clubs to hold events at the university that will raise the profile of students’ organization and leadership skills to the wider public. By all account your event was highly successful, becoming the biggest gaming event in Northern Ireland ever! Not only were you able to encourage students all across the island to compete, but you also provided local businesses with the opportunity to market themselves. For several years now your society has been benchmark for others with its excellent administration skills and tireless work of its committee. As Vice President of Clubs and Services I can only congratulate the QUB Dragonslayers on your success and I look forward to working with you in the coming year.
