Note that our opening times have changed, Dragonslayers will for the foreseeable future open at 5.30pm and close at 10pm.

The SU is the large building opposite the main Queen's University building (Lanyon), the Beech Room is on the first floor and can be accessed through the front lift (opposite the porter's desk, beside the SU Shop) or either stairwell. The Beech Room will be used for Tabletop and Console Gaming, the Anime Screen will be located on the Clubs & Societies Floor.

The Speakeasy Bar will be open but no alcohol is allowed in the Dragonslayers areas.

For those who were not present at Fresher's Night, or for those who didn't hear the announcement, Dragonslayers will soon be moving to a new home.

Some of you will know that for some time now certain elements in QUB have been trying to move us from our the Psychology Department, which has been our home for over two years. Following developments last week, I was informed that our long running deal to use G48 had been cancelled, leaving us looking for a new venue.

From Tuesday 17th October 2006, the new venue for Dragonslayers will be the Beech Room in the QUB Students' Union.

Tonight, Tuesday 3rd October, is the annual Dragonslayers Fresher's Night in the Psychology Department of the David Keir Building. We will have games of all kinds prepared for people to play, whether you are a beginner or an old hand, we're sure you will find something fun to do.

At 9pm will be holding a gaming and anime raffle, everyone who has paid their membership will be automatically entered into it. There are lots of great prizes up for grabs, so make sure not to miss out by coming along tonight!
